meet the founder
Wendy is a mom of four (+ wife), yoga & pilates teacher and wellness retreat host. In 2016 she opened Eau Claire’s first boutique fitness studio, The Yoga Rooms, in the same space Vibe now calls home. For years she was “Pilates curious,” but mandatory private sessions, rigid rules and a members-only feel kept her on the sidelines. So she built the studio she wished she’d found: no gatekeeping, no earning your spot, just movement that meets you exactly where you are. To Wendy, the reformer is magic, and the best moment is when movement stops feeling like “I have to” and becomes “I GET TO.” She built Vibe for that shift, and for everyone who’s ever felt they didn’t belong in a Pilates studio yet.
